my "enema" just means cleaning, not in the medical standard.
seem like you two are big fan of atm. we love it too, and just complaining that ass and mouth are too far away from each other that it's not smooth to move cock between ass and mouth frequently.

My wife never does an enema and quite honestly, doing so would completely turn her off. We just avoid anal whenever her body says it isn’t a good day for it.

My cock almost always comes out perfectly clean. The odd time there is a little bit of poop, but we just deal with it the rare time it happens.
